Natamycin Ecofucin® AVVA is an antifungal drug intended for the treatment of thrush, which contains a prebiotic. It has a targeted local effect at the site of infection: it acts on the causative agent of thrush and stimulates the growth of its own lactobacilli, helping to restore the vaginal microbiota.
Composition: Natamycin This is an antibiotic (antimycotic) which has a fungicidal effect and acts against fungi of the genus Candida
Lactulose This is a disaccharide, a synthetic structural isomer of the milk sugar lactose. It is not absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract.
It has a prebiotic effect, i.e. helps increase the number of lactobacilli in the vagina, which kill Candida fungi
